Ingredients


  • 10 eggs hard boiled
  • 6 strips bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 jalapeno diced
  • 3/4 cups mayo
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 Tbs sugar
  • Salt and pepper


Instructions


  1. Chop your hard boiled eggs and add to a bowl.
  2. Stir in your jalapeno and bacon.
  3. Mix in mayo, vinegar, mustard, sugar and salt and pepper.
  4. Refrigerate until chilled.
  5. Serve on buns, bread, or in a wrap.
